Blueberries! We went and picked blueberries today, and ended up with 18 pounds! They were only 50 cents per pound so we just kept a pickin! The boys had a blast. They each got their own little bucket. Gray picked about 1/4 of a pound and was very proud of himself. The berries Cal picked just went straight to his mouth, but he did end up with a bucket full of rocks and dirt. We didn't take any pictures there, but we got a few of us washing them. As many of you know, blueberries were about the only food Grayson would eat between the ages of 1 and 2, so they are definitely a favorite around here!
Gray got to stay up from his nap to help us wash and bag them.I think he did more eating than washing....
Not bad for only $9.Now, we just need a bigger freezer!
We stopped at another farm on the way back and picked up so yummy peaches too.What a great Saturday!

I love picking blueberries!! And what a steal! I don't think we have any u-pick places for that cheap around here. We did it last summer, but for a lot more than 50 cents a pound. What fun!!

Wow...thats a lot of blueberries! My family dosent really like them-I have had the same bag in my freezer for about 2 years!!

Yummyyyyyy! I love blueberries and thank goodness they're a hit with the little kids, so easy to bring along and you've gotta love finger foods!
